The LignOx Package, an enzyme cocktail tailored for residue valorization, offers an efficient solution for producing high-value compounds from lignin monomers. Vanillin, a sought-after compound derived from lignin, exemplifies the added value their enzymes can generate in industries like food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. By optimising lignin utilisation and reducing reliance on traditional processes, the LignOx Package drives sustainability and fosters a circular economy.
